Software that does
the boring part.

We build software for any business, in any industry: our own products, booking assistants that live inside the chat apps your customers already use, the admin panels behind them, websites that get the phone ringing, and whatever else needs building. If it saves you time, we build it.

Products

Built here. Used by dispatchers every day.

Three tools that came out of real dispatch work. They're ours: we built them, we maintain them, and we answer the support email ourselves.

Pass the Scale

A trailer load planner with a live axle-weight calculator. Enter the pallets, hit Optimize, and see steer, drive and tandem weights before you ever roll onto a scale. Parses pallet lists straight from a BOL.

Chrome extension

CallByClick

Every phone number on the load board becomes a button. Click it and your Polycom desk phone dials, from whichever line you pick. Built for dispatch offices that still run real phones.

Diversimail

Write one email, send it from several Gmail accounts at once. Click any email address on a load board and it opens ready to go, with the right signature for each company you run.

What we build for clients

The three things we're asked for most, and anything else you need built. Each one ships with the admin side, the languages your customers speak, and someone to call when it breaks.

01 · Booking in chat

Booking flows inside Telegram, WhatsApp, Messenger & Instagram

Your customers already message you. We put an assistant on the other end that answers in their language, checks real availability, takes the booking, writes it into your schedule and reminds the guest before they show up. No app to install, no account to create.

  • Any language your customers write in
  • Quick booking form or free-form chat, whichever the customer prefers
  • Staff get notified, unusual cases are one tap away, nothing is cancelled without your say
  • Monthly summary of bookings, extra sales and no-shows, delivered to your team chat
Example: a booking network for hotels, restaurants and salons, charged per confirmed booking, where the business never learns a dashboard: it keeps working while the assistant keeps booking.

02 · B2B admin panels & CMS

The panel behind the product

Every booking flow and every site we build comes with the screens your team actually uses: schedules, bookings, staff, prices, content, languages. Built to be learned in an afternoon, not a training course.

  • Operations panels: calendar, booking list, staff notifications, no-show and revenue stats
  • A content system for your website: edit text, photos, prices and every language yourself, see the change live before you publish
  • Roles for owners, managers and staff; audit trail of who changed what
  • Runs on your domain, exports your data whenever you ask
Examples: the operations panel behind the booking network above, and the CMS our clients use to keep their one-page sites current without calling a developer.

03 · Business-card websites

One page that gets the phone ringing

For any business: one fast page that says what you do, for how much, and how to reach you. As many languages as you need, light and dark mode, a quote form that lands in your inbox, and a CMS so you can change the prices yourself.

  • Live in about a week, on your domain, with your email set up
  • Loads in under a second on a phone; no page builders, no plugins to break
  • Google Business, maps, call and WhatsApp buttons wired in
  • Quote and membership forms, service-area maps, hours, FAQs
Examples: a ready-mix concrete supplier with 24/7 ordering and a multi-language quote form; an outdoor-adventure company with tours, packages and a gallery.

Admin panelB2B

Operations panel for a booking network

The back office behind the assistant: every business, schedule and booking in one place, staff notifications, exception handling with one tap, and a monthly summary of bookings, upsells and no-shows pushed to each team's chat.

CMSMulti-language

Content system for client sites

A small editor our website clients use to change text, photos, prices and translations themselves, with a live preview and one Publish button. No developer in the loop for the everyday changes.

How we work

Brief to live in weeks, not quarters

A 30-minute call

You tell us what the business does and what's slow or annoying today. We tell you what we'd build, what it costs, and when it's live. No deck.

A working prototype in days

You click through the real thing, on your phone, before anything is final. Changes at this stage are cheap, so we make a lot of them.

Launch on your domain

Hosting, email, languages, analytics and the admin panel set up and handed over. You own the domain, the code and the data.

We stay reachable

Fixes are included. Small changes are usually same-day. When something breaks at 2 AM, you have a human to message, not a ticket queue.

Tell us what's slow

One message is enough to start. Say what the business does and what you'd like to stop doing by hand; we'll reply within a working day with a plan and a price.
